My Guarantee

You expect a beautiful portrait and I want to make sure you’re expectations are met.

Artwork is subjective. If there is any reason you’re not happy, I will refund any deposit you paid on ordering and you will not be responsible for any balance.

Changes, Problems and Solutions:

If the painting is lost during shipping, I will send you a new a painting just as soon as I can make one. All paintings are sent with a tracking code.

If the painting is damaged when it arrives, please contact me at gwrayart@gmail.com. I will either repair the damage or send you a new one.

During the creation process you are welcome to ask for modifications - I will do up to 5 free of charge. Should you decide after several modifications that you are not 100% happy, I will respect your decision, cancel the order and refund your purchase.

Once you receive the painting, if you are not satisfied with it, you may return it to me with in 30 days of receipt through any shipping method of your choice. Return shipping is not included. Please email me with the tracking code - Required.
